Greetings all !

Yes, we are still in business.  In fact, we have remained continually in business since 1987 !

Why you may have thought otherwise:

• Not answering / returning calls - Our previous VOIP telephone provider would intermittently fail to route calls properly.   We recently switched VOIP providers and our phones have been working flawlessly since.   If you do call and get voice mail during normal business hours, that is probably because we are on the phone with customers.
• Un-answered emails -   We discovered that some of our emails were being routed to an old mailbox that wasn't being monitored.  We are now monitoring that mailbox.   We will be switching to a new email provider once we have proven to ourselves that it can be done as a smooth transition.
